Strategically positioned on the frontline of Batumi's New Boulevard, the project establishes a sophisticated, high-comfort, and investment-grade ecosystem. This large-scale master development spans 12 integrated blocks. Notably, it features the fully operational La Quinta by Wyndham, representing the world-renowned American hospitality brand. Spanish Quarter in Tbilisi - Redefining Urban Luxury The premium residential and hotel complex, Spanish Quarter, introduces an elevated standard of contemporary urban living to the capital city. Located at 12 Richard Holbrooke Street, the development commands spectacular, panoramic vistas of the Mtkvari River and the Tbilisi cityscape. The hotel-style apartments are delivered fully furnished under an absolute Turn-Key concept. The interior architecture and aesthetics are curated by elite international design partners, incorporating the latest global trends in premium architecture and design.

Strategic Expansion: The Kakheti Region ELT Group is actively expanding its geographic footprint by entering Kakheti—Georgia’s premier destination for tourism and viticulture. The company has scheduled the launch of three new major projects across Batumi, Tbilisi, and Kakheti, with sales officially commencing in the second half of 2026. Global Investor Base The geography of our property owners is extensive, standing as a powerful testament to the financial stability and long-term sustainability of our corporate growth strategy. The investment portfolio is distributed as follows: 60% consists of non-resident investors from more than 67 countries, 30% represents the Georgian diaspora from abroad, and the remaining 10% is composed of domestic owners from Tbilisi and Batumi, who acquire real estate for residential or investment purposes.

In 2025, ELT Group proudly inaugurated the first La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in the Caucasus region, located in Batumi.
